At Silks Are Forever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical arrangements and home decor. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems and petals are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our returns department.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
